This equipment is composed of a feeding system, a hydraulic automatic flux fixing system anda counting and packing system; -
Feeding system:
It can store about one ton of shear studs, and complete fixing 70 shear studs per minute. Feeding shear studs can be used for the equipment to work continuously for about an hour; -
Hydraulic automatic flux fixing system:
The feeding system sends shear studs to the riveting channel at a speed of 70 per minute. Theriveting process completes the stud end punching, the aluminum balls riveting high qualifiedflux inspection,counting pcs and dividing packing system .Package system can countintelligently and cooperate with 4 circulating packing stations; -
