Product Introduction
A weld stud is a fastener — headed, threaded, or plain-shank — that is fusion-welded to a base metal in a single arc discharge, using a stud welding gun instead of drilling and bolting. It creates a full-penetration joint in under a second, giving structural steel, sheet metal, and precast concrete a fixing point as strong as the parent material.
The part looks simple. What determines whether it welds clean or fails inspection is upstream: steel chemistry, flux-tip consistency, shank straightness, and dimensional tolerance.
