Mode 1: Ceramic Ferrule Protection Mode
Target: Target: Large diameter studs (Φ12mm-Φ16mm).
Performance: Harnesses the full 1200A output to create a stable, deep molten pool. The ceramic ferrule optimizes heat concentration for reliable, structural-grade anchoring.
Mode 2: Advanced Gas Shielded Welding (20% CO₂ + 80% Argon)
Target: High-efficiency production of M3-M12 studs.
Performance: The CO₂ mixture stabilizes the heavy-duty arc, increasing penetration on thick plates. It delivers clean, spatter-free results without the time-consuming process of ferrule removal.
Mode 3: High-Speed Short Cycle Mode
Target: Rapid fastening of M3-M10 studs on heavy base materials.
Performance: Engineered with a 10ms fast-ignition response. It leverages the 1200G’s power reserve to ensure consistent ignition on surfaces with industrial residues, common in shipyard and bridge construction.
